In order to simplify public procurement and encourage businesses (ie economic operators) to participate, the procedure will be dematerialized from 1 October 2018.

For any order of at least 25 000 € HT, the public person (ie the buyer) will obligatorily open the market on an electronic platform including all the steps of the procedure: notice of market and transmission of documents and applications in particular.

Candidates will no longer be able to submit their applications in paper format.

In October, the list of buyer profiles will be published on the website www.data.gouv.fr.

You can now consult the practical guides "operator" and "buyer" relating to this dematerialization.
