The brazilian government took note, with deep regret, of the tsunami that hit the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia, on Friday, September 28, leaving hundreds of dead and wounded.

The brazilian government regrets the tragic earthquake and tsunami, and expressed his condolences to the families of the victims, their votes recovery to the wounded and their solidarity with the people and government of indonesian.

“We ask that this new entity be established without delay, in order to prepare files to facilitate and expedite the conduct of criminal proceedings, fair and independent in the case of abuse of human rights committed against the Rohingya and other minorities in Myanmar.

“Canada also welcomes the extension of the mandate of the international mission of inquiry independent of the United Nations on burma / Myanmar and urges the security Council of the UN to accept a presentation on the findings critical to this mission.

“The resolution of the Council of human rights of the UN is part of the sustained efforts that we are implementing in collaboration with our international partners, to ensure that the perpetrators of this genocide have to answer for their acts.
