Dans ce cadre, la Colombie partagera deux de ses emblématiques projets sur la paix et la stabilisation du pays.2/ Développement durableConscients des profonds périls dont est porteuse la crise environnementale en cours, la France et la Colombie maintiendront un partenariat étroit sur le changement climatique, la biodiversité, et les autres défis pour l’avenir de la planète afin de promouvoir un haut degré d’engagement de la communauté internationale sur ces sujets. La mise en œuvre de l’Agenda 2030 et les cibles établies dans les Objectifs de Développement Durable seront également prises en compte. Ces Assises s’inscrivent dans le prolongement de la création d’un réseau de chercheurs franco-colombiens en 2018, une première en Amérique latine. Un événement sera adossé à ces Assises afin de présenter les solutions franco-colombiennes pour la préservation de la planète, visant notamment à accroître la part des sources renouvelables dans le mix énergétique.La France et la Colombie renforceront leurs coopérations dans le secteur des technologies de l’information, notamment dans le développement d’infrastructures de calcul scientifique et de simulation numérique.Elles définiront une feuille de route conjointe pour coopérer dans le domaine spatial en vue d’aider la Colombie à se doter d’un accès souverain à l’espace.5/ Culture et éducationLa France et la Colombie travailleront ensemble au développement des industries culturelles et créatives et au renforcement de leur présence culturelle respective dans le pays partenaire, en capitalisant le succès de la Saison croisée France-Colombie 2017.Les deux pays sont convenus de la nécessité d’accroître les échanges croisés d’étudiants, de jeunes chercheurs, de volontaires, de stagiaires et de jeunes professionnels, en approfondissant l’apprentissage de leurs langues et en renforçant leur coopération éducative, universitaire et scientifique.La France et la Colombie souhaitent également poursuivre leur coopération en matière de formation professionnelle et en ingénierie dans des secteurs stratégiques pour le processus de paix et le développement économique et social, notamment en milieu rural.***Les deux présidents ont chargé leurs ministres des affaires étrangères de coordonner le suivi de la mise en œuvre de ces initiatives, en lien avec l’ensemble des acteurs concernés. Le Comité stratégique franco-colombien créé en 2015 sera élargi afin d’y contribuer et fera rapport aux deux chefs de l’Etat. En particulier, de nouveaux membres seront inclus afin de représenter différents secteurs des industries culturelles et créatives. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the soldiers of the Territorial Defense Forces are the pride of the Polish Army. And he stressed, I know how deep our Polish patriotism is in you and I want to thank you very much for this because you are following the path of our great heroes.

By decision of the Minister of National Defense, on September 27, the Day of the Territorial Defense Forces was established. The date of the celebration refers to the creation of the Polish Underground State and emphasizes the historical identity of contemporary soldiers.

The WOT was created on January 1, 2017. It is the fifth type of armed forces alongside land, air and special forces and the navy, they are a complement and at the same time a complementary part of the defense potential of Poland.
