The President of the Republic is considering, on a proposal from the Prime Minister, to appoint Bernard DOROSZCZUK as President of the Nuclear Safety Authority.

The President of the National Assembly and the President of the Senate are seized of this draft appointment, so that the committee concerned of each of the assemblies is decided under the conditions provided by the fifth paragraph of Article 13 of the Constitution.
