October 4, 2018 (Thursday) at At 11.00 in the Presidential Palace, the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, will take part in the ceremony of handing out identification notes to members of the families of victims of communist totalitarianism.

During the ceremony, a speech by the President of the Republic of Poland is planned.
