BARKHANE : Restoration of the tomb of the Askias

MIL OSI Translation. Government of the Republic of France statements from French to English – Tuesday 18 September 2018, the tomb of Askia in Gao has been inaugurated by the authorities of the city accompanied by a delegation of the Force Barkhane, after several months of renovation. This project marks the will of the Force to join the malian population to value its historical heritage.
