For 2018, the national index of rents, which determines the rent of bare land and farm buildings, is established at 103.05 (against 106.28 in 2017, the year 2009 being the base 100).
The change in the national rent index for 2018 compared to 2017 is – 3.04% (compared to – 3.02% in 2017 compared to 2016).
The rents per hectare in 2018 are the result of the multiplication of rent per hectare 2017 by the national rent index 2018 divided by the rent index 2017.
For the discounting of rents between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019, it is therefore necessary to apply a decrease of – 3.04% on the amount of rent paid.
