Two decrees of June 29, 2018 amend the list of employment areas to re-energise (BER) and describe how to obtain tax exemptions and social security contributions corresponding. The steps are different depending on the year of installation in BER.
Thus, to take advantage of exemptions from social contributions, the companies installed in a BER between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2020 will now have to send 3 reports on the movements of the workforce (corresponding to different time periods) to the Direccte and the Urssaf.
Reminder : businesses located in a job pool to re-energise (BER) until 31 December 2020, can benefit from the exemption from social insurance contributions and family allowances, the contribution to the national fund for housing assistance (FNAL), and the payment transport for 5 years.
They may also request the exemption of the tax on profits (5 years), the assessment of property of enterprises (CFE) and land tax (5 years).
