Since march 28, 2018, the filing of the company agreements is carried out on the platform TéléAccords of the ministry of labour. This online filing is filed with the DIRECCTE.
The obligation of filing enterprise agreements applies to all agreements of the company :
the conventions and collective labour agreements
Once the deposit is made, a receipt is issued by the DIRECCTE.
The collective agreements signed as of September 1, 2017 are available on the website https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/
