Circular economy : what helps ?

The secretary of State to the minister of the ecological Transition and solidarity has launched the Portal of public funds for the circular economy to businesses.

This is to enable companies to identify and evaluate easily the aids in the field of circular economy at european, national and regional levels.

This new portal provides the ability to quickly identify the set of devices, view detailed factsheets and directly contact the wearer of the aid.

It is housed on the site of the PEXE association, an association of nearly 5,000 eco-enterprises.

The idea is to help spend an economy linear (extract, make, consume, dispose) to a circular economy which produces goods and services in a sustainable manner by limiting the consumption, wastage of resources and production of waste.

Registered letter-mail : the new rules as early as 2019

In a concern of equivalence of the sending of a registered letter-mail (LRE) with the sending of a registered letter-paper, a decree of 9 may 2018, sets out the rules which apply at 1 January 2019.

From 1 January 2019, the notification of the LRE will provide additional safeguards to the verification of the identity of the sender at the time of the shipment and the consignee at the time of delivery.

The service provider will inform the customer by electronic means to the recipient that an LRE is addressed to him, without indicating the identity of the sender, and he can accept it or not within a period of 15 days from the day after.

If the recipient accepts the LRE, the provider will send and will maintain for at least one year proof of receipt of the transmitted data.

If the recipient refuses to accept the LRE, or does not claim, the provider must provide the sender a proof of such refusal or of such non-complaint, not later than the day following the expiration of the period of 15 days.

The provider must retain proof of electronic filing to the shipment, receipt, refusal or non-claim for at least a year. The shipper will have a right of access to this information for a year.

Minister Jacek Czaputowicz participated Monday in the anniversary Forum, organized by the Center for European policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, DC. This year the conference, entitled “Winning the 21st Century – the great Strength and Solidarity,” is dedicated to transatlantic relations, with special reference to the interests and perspectives of the region East Central Europe.

Together with the Vice-Prime Minister of Romania Ana Ritchall and Ministers of foreign Affairs of Lithuania and Slovakia – Linas Linkevičiusem and Miroslavem Lajčákiem, the head of Polish diplomacy Jacek Czaputowicz participated in the discussion of the nt. relations between NATO and the EU. Poland shares the goals of foreign policy with other member countries of the European Union, but is trying to convince that we need to remember the importance of the transatlantic relationship. NATO and the EU should not compete with each other, they should complement. For Poland and the countries of our region the most important component of transatlantic cooperation is security. Without the participation of the United States would not be able to stop Russia, – said the Minister Czaputowicz. During the one-day conference will be also touched upon the issues of defense spending, the situation in Ukraine, energy security and hybrid threats. This year the Forum is also attended by defense Minister of Romania, Minister of energy of Lithuania, many Deputy Ministers, representing the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, special envoy of the UN Secretary General on Ukraine Kurt Walker and Professor Timothy Garton ash.

The Association of management of the fund for the integration of persons with disabilities (Agefiph) presents its new range of services and financial aid at the destinations of persons with disabilities and businesses.

This offers simplified is structured on the basis of the needs of people with disabilities and businesses. It is composed of 15 aid :

supporting the reception, integration, and professional development of people with disabilities
