New York (sep. 27/18). In the framework of the 73 General Assembly of the United Nations, the foreign ministers of Colombia, Carlos Holmes Trujillo, and of the Principality of Andorra Maria Ubach Font, held a meeting with the purpose to discuss the immigration crisis venezuelan and other topics of the bilateral agenda.
The Minister Trujillo explained the impact of the immigration crisis venezuelan national and regional level, as well as the need for international support to confront it in an orderly, safe and regular.
In that sense, the Chancellor said the interest of Colombia to include the issue of Venezuela in the XXVI Ibero-american Conference in Guatemala, which will be held from 15 to 16 November this year.
During the meeting they also spoke about the continuity of the Government of Colombia on the implementation of the Peace Agreement, with some modifications to achieve a national consensus. In addition, they explored options to transform the bilateral agenda on issues of economy, orange, entrepreneurship, innovation, tourism and investment in the country.
