The President of the Republic met Thursday, August 16, with the egyptian President AL-SISSI.

The two leaders exchanged views on the strong cooperation between France and Egypt, including an economic and safe.

They discussed regional issues, particularly the situation in Libya and the efforts by Egypt and France to accompany the political process promoted by the united nations and his special Representative, supported by the conclusions of the Paris conference of 29 may last.
