The draft text as presented to the press by the ministers provides in particular:

the progressive implementation of the full reimbursement (remains at zero charge) of certain glasses, dental prostheses and hearing aids (setting of ceiling tariffs); the merger of complementary universal health cover (CMU-C) and assistance with the payment of complementary health insurance (ACS); the establishment of a real care path for children from 0 to 6 years to intervene as quickly as possible in case of suspicion of a disorder related to autism; the redeployment of mandatory medical examinations for children and adolescents; extension to 2 new regions of the influenza vaccination by pharmacists; strengthening rapid access to innovative medicines for patients; a decrease in the reimbursement of patients refusing generic drugs without medical justification; the revaluation of more than 4% per annum for the minimum old age and 1.5% for the active solidarity income (RSA) and the specific solidarity allowance (ASS); the 0.3% increase in retirement pensions and family allowances; the increase in the amount of the childcare supplement for families with a child receiving the education allowance for handicapped children (AEEH); the right to benefit for self-employed women of the same maternity leave as employees; the exemption from the increase in the rate of the generalized social contribution (CSG) for low-income pensioners.
