It is not later than 31 December 2022, as a computer file on the directory of career management unique (RGCU) must regroup on a same database of information about the career of the insured in order to establish their right to pension. A decree was published in the official Journal of 3 march 2018.
Managed by the national Fund for old-age insurance (Cnav), this database will centralize a number of personal information on the beneficiaries of the rights to old-age insurance, such as :
the family name, and, if applicable, the name, and the names
All these data will be stored in this database until the death of the insured (or even beyond if there are dependants).
To note :
In a decision of 23 march 2017, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (Cnil) recommends that a risk analysis related to privacy.
