Technical seminar on urban Renewal and housing
The Delegation for housing and the city organizes a technical seminar on Tuesday and Wednesday, to prepare the operational commitment of the urban renewal Projects (URP) and the development of a Plan of action to combat the habitat unworthy.
Ms. Daou, responsible for studies, forward studies and the evaluation of the national Agency of habitat (ANAH) will present the conclusions of the expert mission conducted in 2017 on the treatment of the habitat undignified and informal in French Polynesia and Mrs. Chenu, consultant and expert on urban renewal, will set out the principles for operational conduct of the PRU from varied examples.
Workshops, collaborative work will allow the partners, the services and the operators of the Country as technicians of the municipalities concerned, to make proposals to prefigure the organisation of the operational teams of the conduct of the PRU and to define a programme of actions to combat the habitat unworthy in French Polynesia. The summary of the work will be presented very soon to the instances of follow-up of the urban renewal program of urban area of Papeete.
