With the purpose to address lines of cooperation between Colombia and the united States for the management of the process of humanitarian migrants venezuelans, as well as in processes of identification, registration of returnees and support to the host communities, the vice-Minister of Multilateral Affairs, Adriana Mejia, met with Carol O’conner, deputy secretary of the Bureau for Populations, Refugees and Migration (PRM) of the Department of State.
During the meeting, the deputy secretary O’conner highlighted the support that Colombia has been providing to migrants venezuelans
In the meeting, which was held in the framework of the 73 session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, participated the director for Development and Border Integration of the Chancellery, Victor Baptist, and the Manager of the Border, Felipe Muñoz.
