Vice President Teva Rohfritsch answered Tuesday the questions of the elected representatives of the Standing Committee of the Assembly of French Polynesia, which examined and approved three dossiers:

the draft annual convention 2018 State-French Polynesia project contract (2015-2020) concerning the financing of projects falling within the country's competences. This draft agreement follows the steering committee of December 8th which made it possible to stop the 2018 programming and to enter the first tranche of the financial participation of the State. This agreement concerns 6 projects, for an amount of more than 1.8 billion Fcfp, including 812 million Fcfp at the expense of the State; the draft annual agreement 2017 and 2018 relating to the State's contribution to the financing of priority investments of French Polynesia (3rd financial instrument). On the one hand, it was necessary to record the commitment amount of the State and the programming for 2017 (17 operations – 4.2 billion Fcfp) and, on the other hand, to vote the 2018 61 operations for a State participation of 6 billion Fcfp; the financial account for the 2017 financial year of the Institute of Statistics of French Polynesia, with the allocation of its result. The final net income of the Institute of Statistics of French Polynesia for the 2017 financial year is set at 706,361,850 Fcfp for the operating section and 2,071,078 Fcfp for the investment section, a total amount of revenue of 708,432,938 Fcfp. The final net expenditure of the Institute of Statistics of French Polynesia for the 2017 financial year is stopped at the sum of 677,717,595 Fcfp for the operating section and 15,824,809 Fcfp for the investment section, a total amount of expenditure 693 542 404 Fcfp. The overall result, surplus of 14 890 524 Fcfp, increases the working capital of the Institute of Statistics of French Polynesia which increases from 136 825 680 Fcfp at the beginning of the year to 151 716 204 Fcfp at the end of the year. fiscal year 2017.
