The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts (Arcep) has created a digital platform intended to allow users (private, business, for example) to report issues related to the delivery of a package or mail .

The digital platform, , allows Arcep to follow in real time the difficulties encountered by users.

The user can report the problem encountered by clicking on a series of detailed proposals, for example:

Then, information can be processed by Arcep or the Directorate General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF).
