You live in Paris and you want to rent for a short period of time your housing (either in whole or just a room) to a customer passing through a “platform” on the internet ? Do you know that, since December 1, 2017, you are in the obligation to file a statement of furnished flat of tourism in order to obtain a registration number, which should then be published on your online ad ?

To complete this declaration prior to, you need to :

obtain the most recent notice of property tax site of the city of Paris to complete your return online.

You will then receive a registration number which will be requested when you publish your ad.
